hi i was charged twice for the family plan and my original plan which is my student account and was wondering why and if i could get a refund

My daughter has purchased Apple Music and is a college student but I am getting charged $9.99 since she is on the family plan. I'd like to be refunded for the past purchases at the wrong price. Do they show as payments on the iTunes account's purchase history, or are some of them failed collections and/or just temporary authorisation holds ? If you have been charged multiple times contact iTunes Support
