hi i was charged twice for the family plan and my original plan which is my student account and was wondering why and if i could get a refund

Do they show as payments on the iTunes account's purchase history, or are some of them failed collections and/or just temporary authorisation holds ? If you have been charged multiple times contact iTunes Support
