You can purchase an USB audio/headphone adapter to use cheaper or regular wired headphones/earpods, like Apple's older iPhone wired earpods, which you can purchase dirt cheap, now or purchase a set of wireless, Bluetooth headphones/ear pods/AirPods to use with that iPad Pro.
