I have tried every possible way to connect my phone to iTunes store ever since I was using my previous iPhone but failed. What should I do.

You've tried : If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books - Apple Support ? And what country are you in ?
You've tried a different network ? Does it work on your computer's iTunes ?
Yes I’ve checked all the 5 steps given and there’s literally nothing wrong them. I can connect to app store but not iTunes store tho. I’m in Malaysia
You live in Malaysia and therefore Malaysia is the country on the account ? And the App Store works ok, it's just the iTunes Store app ?
Yes. Yes correct. Only the iTunes Store. Everything else works perfectly fine
