Apple Music won't enable iCloud Music Library

After being unable to download an album that I did from my phone (The download icon was forever stuck on translucent), I tried disabling the iCloud Music Library and re-enabling it. The problem, though, is that when I try to re-enable it, it acts as if I never did anything. Going back to preferences reveals that the check box for it had un-checked itself. I would greatly appreciate some assistance with this.

Hi,

Try signing out of iTunes then close iTunes. Reopen iTunes, sign back into iTunes and check that Apple Music and iCloud music library is checked.
