I have an iphone xs since 1 month and after updating to 12.4 by accident, my phone started to stutter while scrolling.
I know ios 13 hasn't been released yet, but if someone downloads any ios 13 beta versions or the official one in fall, can you tell me if it fixed the stuttering issue. (Of course only if u have to deal with the same stuttering issues). Thank u

If a forced reset didn’t work, I would try a restore as new and see what happens.
I would suggest getting an appointment at an Apple Store for an evaluation since your issue is not a common one with iOS 12.4.
Already did and they told me to to do a forced reset. Still have the same problems. After telling them, they told me it's a software problem and they hope it's going to get better in the future. Literally no help at all.
We can't discuss beta software in these pages.
Did that too....It seems like new problems appear everyday
