When I connect my phone to iTunes, it doesn't switch to the connected screen. The screen goes blank but the phone is still on. It works and starts to restore but screen is blank on phone. The phone always gets very close to finishing, everything stops and the phone turns back on back to the disabled connect to iTunes screen. Is my iPhone done?
