I got a ipad 2 off somebody but they didn't take find my iPhone off or there Icloud so it's saying activation lock and I can't get in touch with the old owner how can I get rid of the activation lock

THe only way to remove the activation lock is with the previous owner’s information and help. Without that it cannot be used. Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
