i have several odd payments on my o2 account from itunes that are not in my ituness account ! who do I speak too??

If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to your o2 account card and not found it (and checked iCloud storage upgrades) : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
