Folder GB issue

Is this normal? to have the user folder up to 53Gb and the sum of all the folder to like 17 GB?

All the caches and temp files will be in there too probably.

You can have a look in Finder by selecting 'Go' from the menu bar and 'Go to Folder' or by pressing Shift-Command-G.

Then type '~/Library/Caches' in the dialogue box.

DaisyDisk is an awesome app for figuring out where your hard drive space went.
