i play in game site they say i need to empty my flash cache. how? its called pogo.com. I have played for years. can you help me please

  1. Close your web browser.
  2. Click on the Apple logo in the upper, right-hand corner of your screen and choose "System Preferences"
  3. Click on the "Flash Player" icon near the bottom of the System Preferences window.
  4. Under the "Storage" tab, click on the "Delete All" button.
  5. On the next window, make sure the "Delete All Site Data and Settings" option is selected and that there is a checkmark next to it. (IMPORTANT: leave the "Delete All Audio and Video License Files" option UNCHECKED).  
  6. Click the "Delete Data" button.
  7. Close the System Preferences window.
  8. Open your web browser.
