How do I fix it? I used the assistive touch. My lock button and volume buttons don’t work, hence I use the assistive touch.

My lock buttons and volume buttons don’t work so that option is out! :(

Then you will have to have an authorized repair facility look at the device.
Bring your device to an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options. Then you decide what to do.
