POM SMART EarPods

I was able to pair these on my iPhone 6 but they will not pair up with my iPad. Blue tooth IS ON and is pulling up all my other non- Apple - Blue tooth devices but will not pull up the POM Ear Pods. Shouldn't they be 100% Paired on all of my Apple Items once paired into my iPhone? Thanks

EarPods not working. I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max and when I plug in EarPods thru the lightning port the phone don’t get connected. I try with 2 different pairs and they are work in a different phones.
