EarPods not working.

I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max and when I plug in EarPods thru the lightning port the phone don’t get connected. I try with 2 different pairs and they are work in a different phones.

You might try this:


If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


Or this:


Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)


If these steps don‘t help, consider reaching out to Apple Support:

Also, your EarPods come with a 1-year warranty from Apple. If you bought your EarPods within that year, you can get a free replacement at apple. Find out more here:
