I just checked my umobile digital goods and services. And realize someone is trying to use my number to purchase from apple distribution international mostly EVERYDAY. How can i prevent it to happen again?

Unknown purchase attempt Hi! It’s for the 2nd time already when someone tries to make a purchase via my card which is connected to App Store & iTunes. I also see that country of this attempt’s origin is Germany, and me and my family live in Russia and we don’t have anyone in Germany who is supposed to use our family AppleID. What should I do?
