My watch has not reminded me to stand or credited my standing for a few weeks now. I looked over all the settings and see no issues. It may have started after my last software update, but not sure. Tracks everything else in the fitness rings

I solved it by doing the following
Restarting your iPhone by using the method for your phone see Force restart iPhone
When you see the Apple logo, do the same for your watch by holding in the crown and the side button for around 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo and release
