WiFi conmection is oke but The internet connections is slow or no internet at all!! On other iPhones there is no problem with receiving internet true The same WiFi network! Probleme started after update to iOS to 12.4.1 on a iPhone X.

Have you tried to forget and then re-join the network?
The best fix was to turn off wifi assist, but even that was only marginally helpful. What used to be a steady 100mbs download on previous IOS is now a roller coaster signal going anywhere from 50 to 100mbs.
My other iPads that I have not updated the IOS still run a steady 100mbs download.
