Update payment details

Hay guys


closed my old bank account before changing my billing details... All my subscriptions payments were unsuccessful for the past 3 months.


If I try to add a new payment method or change my payment method it gives me a message "unable to remove, there is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file" What does this mean and how do I fix this to reactivate my account?

Try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage


If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
