loaning my iPad mini to grandchild-- keep txt messages & email unaccessible?

My granddaughter is using my iPad mini to watch children's videos I downloaded for her. I realize with all my devices connected (iPhone, iPad, Macbook) that txt messages pop up on her viewing and my emails are accessible. How do I avoid this problem while she's borrowing it for a few weeks? Do I remove it from my devices by signing in to Apple ID? Can I add it back later? Help please
