Lost phone

My phone has been reported stolen/lost, weeks ago. I was just notified my phone has been turned on and a new SIM card is being used on it. The location is China. I've gotten an email from apple in Chinese and a text telling me to log in to (https://****gps-id.us), assuming this is not credible?

Is there anyway to stop my phone from used any further?

They are trying to get you to log in so they can get your Apple ID password and then use the phone. If you don't respond they won't be able to. The following has some other information that may be of interest: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
