Subscription

I have a subscription from a Turkish Apple market. It’s a magazine app and billing every year. In last May it billed again but I can’t load my magazines Idk why. Does anybody know what is the problem?

Crunchyroll subscription I bought a Crunchyroll one-year subscription, in the app it says that, but when I open my subscriptions on the apple store there is nothing about it.
