How do I change my Apple ID email address without access to my old email? It was created at an old with an email i have no access to now.

I have switched jobs and my Apple ID is linked to my old email address from that office. How do I change my entire account over to a new email address?

Log out of the account everywhere and then change it via http://appleid.apple.com : Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
