Purchase failed, app wont download
I logged into the App Store, tried to get an app (it was free). First time using my login to download an app. I filled out my address etc and hit next and it said contact support

If you haven't already done so contact iTunes Support as instructed to do (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
