Bluetooth speaker not pairing.

I have a Sony SRS-XB10 bluetooth speaker that stopped pairing after I updated my system to Mohave. It shows up in the Bluetooth menu. It reads connected in the Bluetooth preferences, but never shows up in the sound preferences. The indicator light on the speaker continues to blink and never goes steady, which tells me it really isn't connected.

Any ideas on how to make it pair again?
