iPad storage problem
I bought additional storage because my IPad wouldn't let me take pictures. I don't have many as I deleted most of them, an deleted apps! Why can't I take pictures? Please??

The additional storage you bought was not additional iPad storage, as an iPad's storage cannot be increased after the iPad is purchased.

Therefore, you must make certain your iPad has its storage well managed. Check Settings > General > iPad Storage and never allow the free space to fall below 10% of the iPad's total storage.
