i have iphone 11 pro max 64 gb plus i purchased 200 monthly and im at max capacity unable to take pics mostly deleted all my apps and pictures are in my icloud

The storage capacity on your device cannot be increased, but you can offload more items to iCloud. See the article below for suggestions.
