WiFi toggle switch
I can’t turn my WiFi switch on it won’t give me the option to toggle it on, help

That does NOT turn it off/on. It merely disconnects from the existing device. However, your WiFi has already been turned off from Settings/WiFi. Go there and turn it back on.
That generally indicates a hardware error. Make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have the device examined by Apple. They will explain your options from there.
Are you using the switch in Settings?
