last two month I payed this app but I never do permission of this and when I want sending report for this on apple support site I olways bekam a messeg sorry tray leter

If you no longer want the subscription, and if you haven't already done so : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
