I once changed my GMail password then when I opened my lphone the contacts were not synced anymore so I tried to add my Gmail again. However, when I tried to add it using Cellular Data, I get an error saying "No connection to Internet". I also tried using Wifi but no error message. I just does not proceed to anything when I tap on the "Google" option. Please help.

On the weekend of August 24th, there was a really weird issue with the settings on iOS devices where users could not add a Google, Yahoo or AOL account. If you tapped on Google in order to add a new Gmail account, the button would not respond at all. If you tapped on AOL or Yahoo, the sign in screen to add the account would briefly load and then disappear.
Google users on that day were not able to make changes to their accounts because it was not accessible in the settings. It just would not work. I tested it myself and posted about it in the FHB. It was confirmed and I asked the hosts to look into it. Later that day, it resolved itself.

I post this merely as an FYI for you. The day that the OP posted his question here may have been what he was experiencing. It was one of the oddest things I have seen around here.
Sorry Gmail is not an Apple product, best you consult the app developer on their website/forum.
The popup in your image says you are not connected to the Internet.
You can't do anything with Google without Internet.
FYI, I have no issue with Gmail.

You will be surprise that it's more > 400 millions. You see that many posts here?
If it's a bug it will not be selective, it will be on many millions devices.
I posted to try to clarify things a little bit. On that Saturday which would have been three days after the initial post, many people were coming to this support forum posting the same thing as the OP did on the 21st. His symptoms matched what others were stating and that’s why I wanted to try to clarify.
I don’t know what day you initially posted and why your comments were removed. I do know that ckuan has been helping people on this forum for quite some time and his knowledge about Apple products and services is quite broad. He has earned his standing in the Apple Support Community.
