Transferd money is gone

hello, today i transferred 15 euros to my Apple ID . But nothing come on my apppe ID this happend me before on 16 july with 25 euros. where is that money and how do i get it on my apple ID // sorry for bad english

You've tried logging out and back into the account and seeing if its balance updates ?
