Apple ID, transfer of money through ideal

I have put money onto my Apple ID account through ideal, I did this multiple times before and had no problems. Past week I transferred €10 but it has not been put onto my Apple ID account, but it is taken from my bank account.

someone that knows where to call or ask about this transfer?
