I have put money onto my Apple ID account through ideal, I did this multiple times before and had no problems. Past week I transferred €10 but it has not been put onto my Apple ID account, but it is taken from my bank account.
someone that knows where to call or ask about this transfer?

Sorry I mean Apple ID not apple pay
But over there I can not find anything about a refund or what to do with the money that has not been transferred.
Also I would prefer to have contact With someone over phone.
