Hi Noncomlit2,

Thanks for getting back to us with those details. I see that you're able to sign in to the Apple Music app on your Samsung phone, but you're not seeing your Apple Music library. I'd suggest reviewing the information and steps below regarding iCloud Music Library:

"About iCloud Music Library on other devices

Apple TV, Android, and some other devices access iCloud Music Library as long as you're signed in on all of the devices with the same Apple ID that you use for Apple Music. On these devices, there is no option to turn iCloud Music Library on or off.

If you don't see your content on all of your devices

Make sure that that you have the latest version of iOS on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch; macOS and iTunes on your computer; or the Apple Music app on your Android device.

Then, on the computer that contains your original music library, make sure that you're signed in to iTunes with the Apple ID that you use with Apple Music and have iCloud Music Library turned on. Then, from the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or the top of the iTunes window, choose File > Library > Update iCloud Music Library."

Turn on iCloud Music Library with Apple Music

If you're still not seeing your library after using the steps above to update iCloud Music Library on your PC, use these steps:

  • From your Home screen tap Apps > Settings > Apps > Apple Music.
  • Tap Apple Music > Tap Force Stop; if you see a message that says "If you force stop an app, it may misbehave," tap OK.
  • Return to the Home screen or app list and reopen Apple Music.
  • If you still don't see your Apple Music library, restart your phone and test again.

If needed you can continue with these steps:

  • From your Home screen tap Apps > Settings > Apps > Apple Music.
  • Tap Storage > Clear Cache.
  • Return to the Home screen or app list and reopen Apple Music.

Lastly, you can use these steps to sign out of Apple Music and sign back in:

  • Open the Apple Music App.
  • From the bottom of the screen, tap Library, For You, Browse, or Radio.
  • Tap the three vertical dots.
  • Tap Account Settings > Sign Out.
  • Wait a moment, then tap the three vertical dots again.
  • Tap Settings > Sign In.

Let me know what you find.

Best Regards.

Hi Noncomlit2,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you want to use the Apple Music subscription you use on your PC through iTunes on your new Samsung phone. I know it's important to be able to listen to Apple Music on your devices; I can help. You can use the steps below to download the app and sign in:

"If you already subscribe to Apple Music

Get the Apple Music app from Google Play, then open it. If you see an offer for a trial, tap Sign In in the upper-right corner. Otherwise, tap the menu button , then tap Sign In. Enter the Apple ID and password that you used when you joined Apple Music previously.

If you're asked for a verification code, you have two-factor authentication on your Apple ID. Learn about two-factor authentication and what to do if you still can't sign in."

Join Apple Music on Android

If you're not an Apple Music subscriber and you're referring to using the music in your iTunes library that you've either purchased through iTunes or imported from a CD, there isn't an app available for that; the iTunes Store app available on Apple devices and doesn't sync with your iTunes library on a Mac or PC, it is for purchases only.

Best Regards.
