I highly believe that either my phone or my Apple ID has been hacked

if your iOS device is not jailbroken then the tools a hacker would require are not available to software developers.


If you think your Apple ID is hacked you should reset the password.

Why do you think it is hacked? More information would help.


You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
