Error creating Apple Managed ID

I'm trying to sign up for Apple Business Manager, but I get an error message that points to DUNS number not matching my company name in Brazil. What should I do to create a managed Apple ID with my business data (address, etc.), my DUNS number (which was already sent to me by D&B, was verified by phone, etc.)? Take a look at the image attached, please.
