my son has an new XS He is using my apple id I would like to put him under a family share account. I have made an apple id for him. But how do I change his acct off mine to his?

He needs to log out of the old Apple ID on his phone and then sign in with the new one that you created.

Everything in here will not apply to your son, but make sure that he signs out of any of the apps in here that he is signed into with your Apple ID. Those apps include, Messages, FaceTime, the App Store, The iTunes Store, etc.
