I have been using iTunes for many years but now a problem has come up.
I can play my own music but if I want to use the radio, or for you, it keeps loading and never comes up.
I did a complete re install and it worked for a while but then went blank again.

Maybe try signing out of iTunes, reboot, and sign back in?
Any network changes? (ISP, router, etc) Can you access the iTunes Store OK?
Are you an Apple Music subscriber? If not, that's why -- these features are only for Apple Music users.
If you are a subscriber, did you have a trial subscription that may have lapsed? Are you signed into iTunes with the Apple ID that has the subscription?
Yes, ever since Apple Music started, and they keep charging me monthly.
the thing is that not even the screen shows up....keeps on loading or stays blank.
Tried it all, store I can access, the only way is to completely re install os, which takes forever and lasted only two days for the Apple Music to work
Getting out of my league, but I wonder if there is a port setting in your router that needs to be altered? Poke around the internet on that topic, especially in regards to AM.
