Hi donavan277,

I am not sure I understand your question.

On your phone you can create your documents within Pages or Numbers, etc. and store them in iCloud Drive. You can then access them at iCloud.com after you log in.

If you haven't set iCloud up on your phone yet, go to settings>apple id, iCloud, iTunes & App Store>iCloud. Choose the Apps you want to use iCloud with. You should be good to go.
