Hi, since few days it is not possible to login over my non admin account. I changed the password already. It works always one time.
I have to login first as an admin and then change to my work account.
Any ideas?

If you have Firmaware turned on and/or Filevault turned on— you can try turning those off and test your Standard user and compare your results.
