Disabled iPhone

How do you restore an iPhone 8 Plus that is disabled and says ‘connect to itunes’ But said iphone has never been synced to a laptop before. The iPhone isn’t being recognised through any cable wether it’s genuine or not and I’ve run out of ideas

These are the steps to perform in your situation:--> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Knowing that No backup = No recovery, if your iphone is not recognized by iTunes, follow these steps:--> If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
