Delete a second unused system account

I would like to discard a second System Account.

I don't remember why and when I created it, but I'm sure that I don't use it since years...

I would want to delete it but I'm afraid to have something connected to it so that after its removal I can have some trouble on some software or even on the system.

Is there a way to realize what it is connected to it so that I can make a safe cancellation?

Thanks

You can delete the account but any data exclusive to that account would be removed. It wouldn't affect any software.
