I was bought iphone x in the end of april and my better health was 100% after 1 week it drops to 99% and after 1 months it was drop 98%
and previous just 1 week ago my phone's bettery health decrease from 98% to 95%
why?

It is normal to decrease with time. Are all your settings such that the conserve battery? Go through all of them and check.

That’s not specifically a sign of a problem if your consistently used your device on battery power every day. For Apple the only numbers that matter are 500 battery cycles and 80% battery health.
