itunes browse and radio

I cannot use browse or radio on in my itunes - I pay for apple music, itunes is up to date and Im running OS XEL Capitan

  1. Restart your Mac. Then try again.
  2. Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on. Then try again.
  3. Sign out of the iTunes Store (in-app account) and then sign back in. Then try again.
