can not access browse on music-when I hit brows or Liston goes to library can access radio-can not browse or add to my library

I can not access Apple Music brows/listen now defaults to library

Reboot your router and computer. Make sure that your clock and regional settings are correct. Disable any VPN software. Press and hold down Option+Cmd as you launch Music to open it in safe mode. Any improvement?
