Any way to back up my iPhone before I restore it?

I have an OLD iPhone 5 that has been completely disabled. Any way to back it up before I restore it? I'm assuming it hasn't been backed up since none of the old pictures that are on there have transferred to my other devices via the cloud.

No. Once it's disabled, it's too late to back it up.

Disabled iphone with no backup option in itunes Hello I got my iphone 7 plus disabled and I don't have a backup anywhere. I tried to connect it to itunes on pc and on mac as well but there is no option to back up data to the computer or to icloud. I have thousands of images and I need to get them back. I have all the information needed to log in to apple id. Can anybody save me? this is so frustrating
