How to add storage and back up iPhone through the computer?
My phone is disabled, but not all of my pictures are backed up. I want to find a way to add storage and back up my phone through a computer.

You cannot add storage to an iPhone.

Of course, if your phone is disabled, it's too late to recover anything off of the device. You'll have to reset it https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
