For the past few weeks I have been unable to view live comments on fb live when using my Ipad. Swiping left no longer works. There is a button in the top right hand corner that appears if you swipe down. It says comments off but it will not switch to comments on.
However it works on my iPhone.

This sounds like an issue with Facebook and not with your iPad. I suggest reaching out to Facebook’s support for assistance.
Thank you. Apple replied saying a Facebook problem! However it was working fine and then just stopped over the course of a few days. I had not received a software upgrade from Apple so am more inclined to believe a Facebook issue.
either way it is still not working so I wont hold my breath for a fix.

Thank you. I did search fb but nothing appeared so wondered if it was related to my ipad. Thanks for the response. Hopefully it will sort itself as fb never seem to respond.
I can see comments and comment when using other devices, like my iPhone XR, laptop or MacBook. Facebook says this is an iPad problem.
