I have a broken iPad 2. I wanted to know if I can trade-in mine with a new one?

In addition to what Allan provide, be prepared that if Apple offers anything in trade for a broken device, it will likely be minimal, if at all. Only Apple however, can tell you if they'll take it in trade.
It is dubious as to whether or not Apple will give you any trade-in value for an 8-year old broken iPad.
