Change in App Store (country)
I cannot change the app store from the Netherlands to USA. Reason is an active iTunes Match. Is there any way to do? I ended my subscription, but that will be finish next year.

Assuming you live in the USA (if you don't, you can't use its store) you could try contacting Support there and see if they can/will end it early : https://support.apple.com/contact
