So I was browsing and the itunes store for music, came across a new EP with a song I already purchased and see that song still has a price on it. Checked all of my other purchased song and same thing. I want to buy this EP but don't want to repay for a song I already own. I see this happening across my 2 desktops and ipad.

If it's the same account and same version of the song that you bought (e.g. the rights-holder hasn't removed what you bought and put a new version/purchase in the store), and if you haven't moved countries, check to see if you've hidden it : Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support

If it was bought on that account you could try asking iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
Is what is now in the store what you bought e.g. have your versions been removed by the rights-holder and new versions/purchases in their instead ?
There's still a few songs with prices on them after I unhid whatever was there.
I have no idea. An example is Tones and I's Dance Monkey. I purchased that in May and it still has a price on it in the store.
