Virtual card number for apple pay
How can I get a virtual card number for my Apple Pay acct. I need to make a payment on a different account that I lost the card for yet the card is linked to my apple pay

There is no way to get a virtual number since there isn't one. You can try to call your bank and ask them what your card number is but that is a long shot. Or if you used your card on a website to pay for something it may be stored there too. If you have that card as an Apple ID payment method you can try to sign into your Apple ID to see it.
